Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica California

Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica California is an amazing site to behold.  Their slogan is, “Shutters, where nothing stands between you and the sand.”  Shutters on the Beach has all the feel of a lazy beach pad but all the luxuries of a modern hotel.  Only steps from the beach, Shutters allows you to spend all day at the beach soaking in the rest and relaxation that you’ll only find in California.

“Shutters on the Beach is a luxury hotel in Santa Monica where you can look out your window and see there’s really nothing else to do today. A glass of wine, fresh oysters perhaps, a massage, maybe a nap. It’s called relief. Even if you have to go to work, come back quickly. We’re here for you. Getting a second home wasn’t so hard after all.”

Jan 26

The Hermosa Inn in Scottsdale Arizona whispers peace and tranquility with every photo and every word.  You can feel the stress leave your body as you imagine relaxing in this boutique hotel.

“The present Paradise Valley, bordered by Squaw Peak to the north, the canal to the south, Camelback Mountain to the east, and the wide-open desert to the west, was far beyond Phoenix city limits in the 1930’s. When cowboy artist Alonzo “Lon” Megargee set his eyes on the isolated plot of land, it spoke to him – he built a one-room studio in the middle of it, and called it home.”

The Inn at Little Washington in Virginia

Jan 08

The Inn at Little Washington in Virginia is a page out of history.
The Inn in their own words is difficult to describe. A few of the photos of the property will start to fill your head and imagination with one amazing superlative after another. You’re transported back in history to a simpler and more romantic time where the possibilities are endless.

“For some The Inn is a romantic fantasy world far removed from the harsh realities of modern day life, for others it’s a culinary oasis akin to visiting a Michelin starred restaurant in the European countryside. Some are surprised – and relieved – that The Inn doesn’t take itself too seriously. Guests often remark that while the interiors could be called grand they are also whimsical and wonderfully comfortable.

For history lovers Washington, Virginia is one of the few unspoiled villages left in America. They say it hasn’t changed much since George Washington first surveyed it and named the streets back in 1749. Whatever you’re seeking rest assured that our staff will welcome the challenge of living up to all of your impossible expectations. We consider it our business to make dreams come true. “

“Adventurers of all ages and abilities. We also offer carefully designed tours that open up the fascinating world of Belize, from inland Maya archaeological treasures to the stunning Barrier Reef, beautiful cayes and coastal resorts and villages.”

“Chaa Creek Nature Reserve’s miles of lush, well maintained trails are perfect for horseback riding, mountain biking, and hiking, and our licensed guides are here to help you explore Belize’s natural history including the fascinating Maya civilisation, which once thrived in this area. Canoe trips down the beautiful Macal River are a relaxing way to travel through the jungle, and with our Natural History Centre, Butterfly Farm, Rainforest Medicine Trail and numerous activities, your days at Chaa Creek are wonderfully full. And for exquisite pampering, there’s always the Hilltop Spa with stunning views and professional treatments guaranteed to soothe the spirit.”
