Incredible…I’m almost at a loss for words in describing this next vacation spot.  I found this spot from an article about the Queensland Tourism center and they call for a new caretaker of the island.  Wow, what a job.  The article stated how their web server was ground to a halt with the number of applicants.  The contract is for six months of work with a salary package of AUD $150,000. Plus, your accommodation will be provided on Hamilton Island.  I think this truly would be the best job in the world.  The photos of this place are truly spectacular.  After visiting Sydney a number of years ago on business I’ve always wanted to return with my wife to explore the country together.  Now after viewing pictures and videos of Whitehaven Beach this is definitely going on the places to see list.

Anyone who loves the water couldn’t help but become hypnotized by the swirl of sea and sand on th Whitehaven Beach.  Imagine snorkeling or diving the reefs and coming in to this azure colored inlet.  You can’t help but want to explore every inch of this beach taking in all the breathtaking beauty that abounds.

One of the next images I found was of the Hamilton Island Resort .  I think exploring these islands and staying at a resort like this would be nearly the best vacation I could think of.  The property is nestled amongst lush vegetation and palm trees ringed around on three sides with a view of an amazing swimming pool that encompasses almost the entire front of the hotel.  Then a hop, skip and a jump and you’d be splashing in the ocean.  This place is truly idylic.  Be prepared to shell out a bit of dough as the rooms will run you from $571 – $3838 AUD a night depending on if you want a room for two or a three-bedroom penthouse suite.  I’ve got to imagine that this place would be worth every dollar spent though.  Talk about a trip of a life-time, where else would you find an adventure exactly like this?
