The Conrad hotel in the Maldives Islands, Indian Ocean, is offering an underwater honeymoon suite
to couples with both curiousity and cash, as they have turned their ‘Ithaa’ undersea restaurant into a luxury suite for their 5th birthday.

I wrote a post a while back about the Maldives and this just goes to show you how incredibly decadent it is.

This would have to be a dream come true.  I would have a little trepidation with the openness of this place, but it would be an amazing experience.  The Conrad has really outdone themselves, when most of the hotels in the Maldives have amazing over-the-water beds they have under-the-water beds.  The over the water is incredible enough, but this is just a step beyond.

They don’t advertise the price of this room on their site, so I’m supposing this is one of those things that if you have to ask you can’t afford it.

FOR JUST THE TWO OF YOU! Up a few stairs and across the bridge into your private domain. A very spacious room featuring Moroccan decor, a King Bed, Large TV with DVD/VCR, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom is something you will never forget. VERY LARGE jetted tub filled by a waterfall. The curved river rock shower is so large you cannot touch both sides at the same time. The middle shower head is a waterfall. A very romantic feeling unlike anything you have ever experienced. The only thing disappointing is that someday you will have to leave.
