A large part of our focus for 2009 was in outsourcing for other companies. We surved on multiple projects as development resources for a number of local small and large development shops. Because of our confidentiality agreements we're not allowed to mention the projects by name but be assured that we worked seemlessly on teams for some of the largest employeers in the state of Utah. We also look forward to maintaining these relationships throughout the next year.
The President and board members of the Nauvoo Pageant have selected Half Nut Development a Utah Web Design and Development company to redesign and enhance the search engine optimization of their site. Half Nut Development is excited to work on this project as the Nauvoo Pageant is a cultural and religious icons that has been around for many years.
The goal of the site is to bring everyone to the site and ultimately the pageant to experience it in their own way. Whether by visiting the pageant or volunteering to be part of the Pageant, you'll be able to find out this and more by visiting the new site.
Half Nut Development has created a sister site in order to upgrade their current hosting platform. The new site has a fresh new look and design but all the same functionality that existed in the old site
We built the new site directly on top of Wordpress for ease of maintenance and the large third-party community that's behind the Wordpress platform.
KMG Company came to Half Nut because they were not happy with the support they were getting with their original host and development team.
We were able to work with Kib Dacklin, the owner of KMG Company to update the design and create additional pages. Kib already had a design in his mind's eye and had done substantial research on search engine optimization. We were able to work with Kib to make his dreams come true and bring his designs to life.
Future Form Desgins was brought to us as a reference from another customer. Furture Form liked the work we did for Angelina's Corner Condos and wanted us to use that same skill to update and rework the code behind their site.
We took the existing code from the Future Form Designs site and upgraded it to meet more modern design and development standards. We took an old table-based layout design and converted it to a new semantic markup with table-less or CSS based design and made sure it validated against the W3C's web standards.
Half Nut Development had already worked with BrideAccess.com to implement their web site and now they wanted to creat a new blog based on the look and feel of their site that Half Nut designed.
Half Nut worked with BrideAccess and their developers to implement and integrate the new wedding blog into the existing Drupal based web site. It's been a great success to both users and vendors alike.
Half Nut Development was brought to the table by one of the partners of BrideAccess as we'd had a good working relationship with him prior to this on other projects. We helped BrideAccess which changed their name from UtahBrides.com to create a site with a wider scope. Previously they had had great success with their services in and around Utah and now they sought to take that to the next level. We helped them accomplish this by bringing in designs, tools and translations to serve additional markets and additional clients in other languages.
